The training went very well thanks! Susan the trainer was excellent - extremely engaging and knowledgeable. She was very welcoming, brought the content to life with good examples, and inspired even the most timid amongst us to have the confidence to apply our knowledge whilst being comfortable with our limitations. The training was amazing. Charmaine was brilliant. I actually attending the training too and it was really good. It was a bit different as it was for the community, not work but it was still really good.

We thought the course went very well and Gary presented in a relaxed and helpful manner with a good mix of learning styles used.
The only thing which I have wondered on reviewing the morning is whether the weighting of time could lean more on the “what to do/how to held” side rather than the “what it is and warning signs”.
But the staff seemed to get a lot from it and I think Gary spotted that they are fairly well experienced.
