First Aid at Work + AED
This three-day AoFA accredited First Aid At Work course is designed to meet the needs of organisations employing more than 50 staff members and for high-risk environments. It includes AED training to allow for the management and deployment of a company Automatic External Defibrillator.
The First Aid At Work + AED course is suitable for:

light engineering and assembly work
extensive work with machinery
working with chemicals
working at heights
The First Aid At Work + AED course covers:
sprains and joint injuries
burns and scalds
head and eye injuries
disorders of circulation
operating a defibrillator
Assessment and certification
Learners will be given ongoing assessment throughout the First Aid At Work course and must pass a final two-part assessment to gain the nationally recognised FAW certificate, valid for three years. Staff will also receive an Automated External Defibrillator certificate, valid for one year.
In house: £1,595 + VAT per 12 employees – includes handouts, First Aid booklet and FAW and AED certificates.
