What our clients have said
Frequently asked questions
What size of room do I need to book for a first aid training course?
Our Physical First Aid training courses are for 12 people and require space to do CPR on a mannequin and demonstrate the recovery position.
For Mental Health First Aid training, we need enough space to comfortably seat up to 16 people preferably in a horse shoe layout with chairs and tables.
How many people can attend our courses?
Physical First Aid is up to 12 people.
Mental Health training is for up to 16 people.
What time will the trainer arrive?
Between half an hour and an hour before the start of the course. This is to set up and to familiarise themselves with the room layout.
What equipment do I need to provide?
Ideally a projector and a screen / wall and a whiteboard
Do I need to provide a contact for the day of the training?
Yes please! We want to ensure the training day goes as smoothly as possible so an on-site contact always helps in case of emergency.
Are your trainers all certified?
Yes, our First Aid trainers are all registered with QualSafe and our Mental Health trainers are all instructors with Mental Health First Aid England.
Do I need to provide parking?
Ideally yes, but we understand this isn’t always possible. Please do let us know if there are restrictions in your area or a nearby car park.
