Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) is an internationally recognised training program which provides a number of functions.

From our basic 4 hour awareness to the in-depth, comprehensive two-day training course, the idea is that this type of service helps people to understand the impact of stigma, spot the signs and symptoms of mental ill health and provide help on a first aid basis.

Mental illness covers a wide range of issues and during this training, we discuss and talk about suicide, depression, OCD, Bipolar as well as a number of other mental health issues.

Private or Public:

We are able to deliver the following courses, either on a public access basis or if you have an organisation which you wish to train, we can come to you.
