Mental Health First Aid England logoMental Health First Aid (MHFA) is an internationally recognised training course which teaches people how to spot the signs and symptoms of mental ill health and provide help on a first aid basis.

Adult MHFA courses are for everyone aged 16 upwards. Every MHFA course is delivered by a quality assured instructor who has attended our Instructor Training programme accredited by the Royal Society for Public Health, and is trained to keep people safe and supported while they learn.

By the end of this two-day course, each participant will get a Mental Health First Aider Certificate, gain skills in identifying signs and symptoms of common mental health illnesses therefore addressing the needs of the individual and guiding them to appropriate, effective support.

Mental illness covers a wide range of issues and on this training, we discuss and talk about suicide, depression, OCD, Bipolar as well as a number of other mental health issues. Download the Adult MHFA Two Day course leaflet or contact us on 0800 0467 410 or for a full prospectus.
