Mental Health First Aid Training

Mental Health First Aid (MHFA England) is an internationally recognised training programme, designed to help people understand the impact of stigma, spot the signs and symptoms of mental ill health and provide help on a first aid basis.

With 1 in 4 people living at any one time with a diagnoseable mental health condition, it is imperative that organisations and individuals are prepared to be able to support staff. Training is a way of starting this process.

Some of the MHFA courses are now available Online. We have a number of online training sessions ready for you to book. We can also offer online training to your group privately. Minimum numbers apply.

In addition to the public open courses listed below, we offer our Mental Health First Aid training direct to your organisation, wherever you are in the UK – please contact us to talk about your requirements.
