ABC Life Support CIC provides a range of first aid training courses for anyone who wishes to build their skills in responding to a medical emergency or incident.

Training in First Aid can be the most important decision you ever make, giving you the skills to treat a serious injury or even save a life. As local First Aid Training Providers, we deliver courses that combine theory and practical training to ensure learners not only gain First Aid knowledge but also the confidence to put their First Aid skills into action should a medical emergency arise.

At ABC Life Support, we believe wellbeing and health and safety is not just a tick-boxing exercise. We provide the knowledge and skills whilst instilling confidence in all our course participants.
