All courses should either be paid for (through Paypal) via the ‘Buy Now’ link on the course booking page or by cheque made payable to ‘ABC life support’ and sent to the registered address:

The cheque should be sent at least 7 days before the course start date to allow time for clearance. Please note that certification will be held until the cheque has cleared unless otherwise agreed.
Any cash payments must be agreed prior to the course start date.
If payment by invoice/on account has been previously agreed, the payment needs to be made either 30 days from the date of invoice or 7 days prior to the course start date, whichever is first. We reserve the right not to provide the course should payment not of been made.
Course bookings
Bookings may be made via the website, email or by phone. All telephone bookings will be confirmed in writing prior to the course start date.
Cancellations
If for whatever reason you need to cancel your place on a course the following fees are applicable
More than two weeks prior to the course start date - no charge.
Less than two weeks prior to the course start date – 50% of the course fee.
NB. Cancellation must be made in writing via email or letter and received before the course is due to start
Non-attendance
If you do not attend a course, and you have not previously informed us, the full course fee remains payable.
Late arrivals/missed sessions
If you arrive late for a course or are absent from any session, we reserve the right to refuse to accept you for training, without liability, if we feel you will gain insufficient knowledge or skill in the time remaining. In all such cases, the full course fee remains payable. To conform with OFSTED and NCMA registration requirements for the 12 Hour Paediatric certificates, attendance at all sessions is mandatory.
Course Cancellation
If for any reason we have to cancel a course you will be given as much notice as possible and the option of a free transfer to another course date or a full refund of fees paid will be made.
Assessment
Ongoing assessment for certification takes place throughout the course. The trainer reserves the right not to issue a certificate if the student does not show proper knowledge and learning throughout the course.
